Founded in 2005 by a small team of civil engineers, Demo Builders began with a single conviction: construction should be honest work — measured, documented, and delivered on time. Twenty years later, that founding conviction is the same lens we apply to a ₹5 lakh interior fit-out or a ₹640 crore township.
Today we are 200+ engineers, architects, project managers and skilled tradespeople, spread across active sites in Pune, Mumbai, Nashik and the greater Konkan belt. What has not changed is our process discipline — the same six-stage delivery model applies to every project we sign.

When we started Demo in 2005, our promise was simple — build it right, deliver it on time, and never dilute quality to protect margin. Registered in Pune with 12 engineers and a single site office.
